From Phoenix, AZ, to Trumbull, CT...
When new offices were slated to open, it was crucial that the spaces were created intentionally and that they broke free of the traditional “office” feel. Being a part of the team working on this design was a chance for me to branch out creatively and take risks I hadn’t taken before.
Starting with blueprints and simple mood boards, ideas grew and grew until they became full mock-ups and budget line items. These large-scale projects meant I was pitching to executives, negotiating with vendors, testing materials, and overseeing project installations on-site.
The environmental design included green walls, media centers, interactive art and motion graphics, open collaboration spaces, leaderboard areas, and more.
The interior design included regional flora & fauna, photography featuring that office’s employees and events, handmade art from local artists, comfortable and functional furniture, and more.
Across several locations and spanning a few years, this work grew my confidence in decision-making, taught me how to think larger and bolder, and opened up a new kind of creativity for me.
